Do you shop at DSW (discount shoe warehouse)..How formal..? How formal do the male employees dress? I got hired there and I start this week but I didn't notice any male employees so I don't know how to dress. I saw some female employees wearing jeans but others were wearing more formal clothes. I probably can't get away with jeans, can I? Shirt, dress pants and tye? Could I go less formal than that? Thank you
