Where to buy dancing shoe and character shoe in Malacca? Dancing shoes for ballet(ballet slippers and character shoes), latin dance, ballroom dance or social dancing.

Does anyone know where to buy this shoe? I saw a shoe at the Nordstrom store in the Mall of America. It was a High Heel with a lot of strapes, black, with little studs on it. I looked at the nordstrom homepage already but i cant find it. any ideas? thanks for serious answers. (i know its kind of a stupid question)
