- There are many web hosting providers and you might become confused to choose which one. It is very important that you choose a good web host. Good doesn't mean expensive. Good means reliable with great support. When you choose a web host, make sure they have excellent support. If you have a problem with your web site you want help now, not in a day or two. It can be confusing when choosing a web hosting company because they all look pretty much the same and they seem like they know what they are doing. However, I recommend reading reviews from reliable websites so that you may compare and become more familiar with the hosting companies before making a decision. I am a web designer and I have changed back and forth from many companies over the years but my favorite one is FatCow. I am moving all my websites to them as the contracts expire. Its also really easy to install a blog, I just login to FatCow control panel and browse to “script and add-on” and select installcentral. And there you will find blog scripts available for quick installation.
- my fav one is blogspot, but you can also try www.blog.com
- 1. Tumblr : It is the easiest way to upload pictures/photos/video etc. and also provides for text posts 2. Wordpress: For serious blogging and hassle free.
- Hello, It is important to look at the total package that comes with paying a host. Really a webhost is only as good as the customer service it offers. A great host should have 99% Network uptime, fast and reliable hardware, and 24X7 customer service availability. You should be able to call the Host 24 hours a day and speak to someone that can help. No matter who you are, you will want great customer service. I would look into HostMySite.com. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This way you are not tied down and still are free to go else where. Good Luck. Sean Colicchio Server Engineer Host My Site http://www.hostmysite.com/?utm_source=bb
- If you really want a nice blog, I suggest getting your own domain and your own host, and using wordpress.
